Mr. S. Pathy
Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. S. Pathy is a commerce graduate and has more than 45 years of experience in the field of Textiles and Textile Machinery. He is Trustee and President of the G Kuppuswamy Naidu Charity Trust for Education and Medical Relief. He holds directorship on the Board of Lakshmi Machine Works Limited, and is Vice Chairman of Lakshmi Card Clothing Mfg Co P Ltd.

Mr. R. Santharam
Vice Chairman

Mr. R Santharam has studied Textile Management in the US and has been closely associated with the industry for the last 50 years. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Lakshmi Card Clothing Mfg Co P Ltd, and was the past Chairman of the Textile Machinery Manufacturers’ Association, India.

Mr. Aditya Krishna Pathy

Mr. Aditya Krishna Pathy is the Deputy Managing Director of The Lakshmi Mills Company Ltd. He has graduated in Business and Management from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom. He has done projects on Specialty Yarns, Technical Textiles and Non-wovens, Bio Fuels – Ethanol Production & Usage in Automotives, Brand Building and Marketing.

Mr. Sanjay
Jayavarthanavelu

Mr. Sanjay Jayavarthanavelu is an MBA from Philadelphia University, USA, and is the Chairman and Managing Director of Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd. He is a member of the Textiles Committee and the Development Council for Textile Machinery Industry and Machine Tool Industry.

Mr K. Murali Mohan

Mr K. Murali Mohan has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 09.09.2024. He is a Practicing Chartered Accountant in the Firm name of SRIKISHEN & Co. He has a diversified audit experience of more than 50 years in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit of Public & Private Companies and other entities and dealing in compliance with Corporate Laws & FEMA, GST audit, Income Tax Assessment and Appeal Representation.

Mr. Ashwin Chandran

Mr. Ashwin Chandran has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 09.09.2024. He has graduated in B.Sc (Hons), from The University of Manchester, UK and MBA from The University of Illinois, USA. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of M/s Precot Limited and Director in other reputed manufacturing company and various Textile Councils.

Mr. R. Varadarajan

Mr. R. Varadarajan has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 09.09.2024. He has graduated in M.B.M & M.A (English Lit) and has more than 37 years of experience in administration. He is the Wholetime Director of M/s. Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals Ltd, and holding directorship in other Public and Private Limited Companies.

Mrs.Priya Bhansali

Mrs. Priya Bhansali has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 03.09.2025. She is a Practicing Chartered Accountant in the Firm name of Kumbhat & Co LLP with Offices located in Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, and Mumbai. She has a diversified experience of about 37 years in Direct Taxation, Management Assurance Audit, Joint Ventures & Foreign Direct Investment, and International Taxation.
